Refund & Cancellation Policy

No match found

A match means a coffee meetup with a café, date and time that both of you have agreed to. If we can't arrange one for you within 14 days of your payment, we refund the full amount you paid. You can also ask for a refund at any time before we've matched you.

After you're matched

• If you cancel at least 24 hours before the meetup, we'll re-match you at no extra cost.
• If your match cancels or doesn't show up, we'll re-match you at no extra cost, or refund you if you prefer.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or don't show up, the booking is not refundable.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment partner and usually arrive within 5-7 working days.
