Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of coffeemeetup.in ("CoffeeMeetup", "we"), operated by Divine Enterprises. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract under Indian law. You must give true information about your name, gender, age, address and contact details.

Before your first meetup you must verify your identity with 5 recent photos, a live selfie and a photo of a government ID: a masked Aadhaar (only the last 4 digits visible), PAN card, driving licence, voter ID or passport. Aadhaar is optional; you may use any of these IDs. We may refuse or remove any account we cannot verify.

2. The service

For a fee per booking of ₹199 for women and ₹499 for men (inclusive of applicable taxes), based on the gender in your profile, we introduce you to one other member of the opposite gender and arrange a meetup at a public café. We choose matches by hand and don't guarantee compatibility, attendance or any outcome. Food and drinks at the café are paid by you at the venue.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment partners (SuperProfile / Cosmofeed and Razorpay). Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Your conduct

• Treat your match with respect. Harassment, abuse or pressure of any kind is not tolerated.
• Don't use the service for commercial, promotional or unlawful purposes.
• Don't create more than one account or impersonate anyone.
• Follow our Safety guidelines.

We may suspend or remove any account that breaks these rules, without a refund for bookings affected by your own misconduct.

5. Meetups

You attend meetups at your own discretion and risk. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, but we will act on any report we receive.

6. Co-operation with law enforcement

If a crime or serious misconduct is reported in connection with a meetup, you agree that we may share your profile details, address, ID document, photos and booking history with the police or another authority that makes a lawful request, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the booking concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Patna have exclusive jurisdiction.
